The Wagon Wheels, return to Blackburn Empire Theatre!

This August, North West natives, The Wagon Wheels head to Blackburn Empire Theatre for a memorable night of folk foot-tappers.

The six-piece Blackburn band share a diverse musical upbringing which has influenced their folk sound. Driven by swirling electric guitars, four-part harmonies and electronic samples, their mature sound bursts through in live shows and captures the audience. Their mature sound lies somewhere between a hint of Nashville blues and electronic samples that create a foot stomping groove. The Wagon Wheels have been together for around six years and have secured some fantastic support slots with the likes of Liverpool brit-pop legends CAST, Scottish outfit The View and also Jefferson Starship on their last world tour.

Due to a fantastic response in 2018, the band have been locked away writing and are due to finish their next single with a music video. The band are ready to promote this through the summer months. Don’t miss the opportunity to see a great band in an intimate setting!
