The Bureau is a vibrant, artist-led arts centre in the heart of Blackburn, providing versatile space for arts activities, music, cultural events and community participation.
We have a running programme of regular activities, plus exciting one off events.
We also have gallery space available and space to hire for workshops, clubs and events.
