Blackburn children’s home hits Outstanding for the 13th time in 11 years
Apple Trees children’s home in Blackburn has achieved Outstanding for the 13th time over 11 years.
The home has been consistently rated as one of the very best in the country, a record that highlights its sustained excellence and commitment to high-quality care.
Dad Umer Ifthab said the service has been invaluable to his family. His daughter has additional needs and needs continuous care.
He said the three nights she is away every five weeks means he can be there for his other children too.
