Looking for a friendly space to relax, chat and meet new people in Blackburn? The Public Living Room sessions at The Bureau café take place every Saturday morning throughout the summer, providing a welcoming environment for all.
Visitors can enjoy a laid-back atmosphere with an allocated jigsaw table, colouring books, and the chance to unwind with a hot drink and cake from the café. Whether you’re catching up with friends or hoping to make new ones, everyone is welcome.
The café operates on a pay-it-forward system, meaning that those unable to buy a drink can discreetly ask at the counter for one, which has been kindly funded by previous visitors.
All proceeds from the café support The Bureau’s ongoing community work and help keep the space open.
