About the event
Blackburn Street O returns to the streets of central Blackburn with a fun and accessible urban orienteering challenge. Taking participants through a mix of old industrial areas and town centre living, this event offers a unique way to explore the town on foot.
Hosted by The Blackburn Times, right in the heart of the town centre, this event follows a classic Street Orienteering format:
-
Use a map to find as many checkpoints as possible within the time limit
-
Answer a simple question at each location to prove you were there
-
Walk, jog, or race – it’s up to you!
Whether you’re in it for fun, fitness or friendly competition, this is a great way to get active and discover Blackburn from a new perspective.
All welcome – suitable for individuals, families, and groups.
