About the event
Take your first step into the food and hospitality industry. This hands-on course covers kitchen basics, food preparation, cooking skills, catering, healthy eating, budgeting, infection control and personal hygiene. You will also build teamwork, problem-solving, time-management and employability skills needed for a successful career in hospitality.
