Music legend Andy Fairweather Low returns to Darwen Library Theatre this October

This October, Andy Fairweather Low, former lead singer of Amen Corner, heads to Darwen Library Theatre for a night of Sweet Soulful Music

The 60s saw Amen Corner clock up hit after hit. Songs such as ‘Bend Me Shape Me’, ‘Hello Suzy’, ‘(If Paradise Is) Half As Nice’ are internationally remembered today.

Andy has since gone on to work with the likes of Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Elton John, The Who plus hundreds more.

Now following a solo path, Andy’s first solo album in 24 years, Sweet Soulful Music, was released late in 2007 followed by The Very Best Of Andy Fairweather Low in 2008.

Andy’s 2018 tour will feature an extended line up including the addition of the Hi Riders Special Soul Revue – an extended brass section and Hammond organ throughout the show

A remarkable band, a remarkable front man.
