A restaurant which boasts “the best tasting prawns in the world” is set to debut Blackburn this Monday 28th September 2020 at 12 noon.
Jimmy’s Killer Prawns is launching a new venue at Peel Retail Park, joining Vue Cinema, TenPin & Nandos in the entertainment complex.
While their core product is prawns and other seafood, they also serve chicken, meat and vegetarian dishes, and claim “wherever possible to source products that are sustainable and environmentally friendly”.
There’s an assortment of dishes to choose from, such as:
- Seafood Salad of prawns, mussels and calamari, along with an assortment of vegetables.
- Creamy Red Prawn soup
- Lobster Thermidor (700g-800g)
- Paella Valenciana of rice cooked with prawns, calamari, mussels, fillet of fish and chicken breast.
- Sushi rolls and sushi platters.
But it’s their World Famous Killer Prawns where it’s all at with Killer Platters (grilled or fried) of medium prawns served with rice or fries and a trio of sauces.
If you’re visiting as a large group, then you might want to consider their Millionaires Platter that has practically everything piled high for the table to share.
