The housebuilder, part of Vistry, has re-launched its 5% financial boost offer and extended its £99 reservation fee scheme at its Sunnybower Meadow development in Blackburn. This follows the success of the schemes earlier this year, which saw many homebuyers secure their dream home with the help of Bovis’ support.

The 5% financial boost is currently available on the Beech house type, meaning buyers could receive up to £13,600, which can be used in multiple ways, including towards a deposit, stamp duty, mortgage payments or home upgrades.

The £99 reservation fee is available on all three, four and five-bedroom homes at Sunnybower Meadow, so buyers don’t have to worry about a significant upfront cost to secure their dream home.

Jen Burns, Sales and Marketing Director at Vistry Merseyside and Cheshire West, commented: “Buying a new home is one of the biggest financial decisions people make, and we want to do everything we can to support our customers through the process. By offering a 5% financial boost and a reduced reservation fee, we hope to make it easier for people to achieve their dream of owning a new home. And what better gift than to be in a new home for Christmas?”

Prices currently start at £267,000 at Sunnybower Meadow.
