The ultimate show for guitar lovers is coming to Blackburn Empire Theatre this October.

The outstanding Story of Guitar Heroes is a live, concert style, ‘rock-umentary’ performed by the extraordinarily talented and renowned musicians, Phil Walker and his exceptional band.

Presented by guitar virtuoso Phil Walker – this show’s extraordinarily talented band uses over 30 guitars to recreate and accurately reproduce the sound and ambiance of each guitar hero. Featuring video footage of historical moments, with state-of-the-art lighting and delivered with a light hearted vibe – this makes for a truly sensational and enjoyable evening.

Whatever kind of music you listen to, whether it be rock or pop, folk or reggae, they all have one thing in common: the guitar.

Electric or acoustic, there is no other instrument that can claim to be a catalyst for so many ideas, and be at the heart of so many revolutions, not only in music, but in culture and society.
