The delegation, made up of seven teenagers aged between 13 and 16, were greeted by Mayor Cllr Brian Taylor during their visit to the historic 172-year-old Council Chambers. For many of them, this was their first experience traveling abroad.

The visit, part of a two-week goodwill trip to the UK, was facilitated by Youth Action and forms part of the Building Hope/Voices from Palestine project, led by the human rights charity CADFA.
