Huge Saving Incentives For Blackburn Homebuyers

Countryside Homes launches exclusive initiatives for reservations made throughout February

Homeowners who reserve a property at Countryside Homes’ Brookfield Vale, in Blackburn, this month can receive £5,000 in John Lewis vouchers towards styling their new home.

In addition, the housebuilder, part of the Vistry Group, is helping potential buyers further with a reservation fee offer of only £99 on selected plots. The incentive schemes will run until 29th February, valid on completed properties by 31st July 2024*.

Gemma Hardy, Managing Director Vistry Merseyside and Cheshire West, commented: “We’ve introduced the John Lewis vouchers as an incentive for new homebuyers, as we understand choosing your furniture and decor for your home is an exciting part of the house buying process, but it’s not always something buyers can afford when they first move in. We want to support our customers and provide memorable experiences when it comes to decorating their home and garden, and have the freedom to style it to suit their tastes.

“The  £5,000 John Lewis vouchers and £99 reservation fee incentives are only available until the end of the month, so we would urge anyone who is interested to get in touch with our sales consultants and take advantage of these offers.”

Home Exchange and Smooth Move are also available for homebuyers with an existing property to sell.

Countryside homeowners can also benefit from living in an energy-efficient new build, saving up to 55% on their energy bills. All Countryside homes are Greener By Design and use 20% less water than the UK average.
