Legendary punk icon John Lydon is bringing his solo spoken word tour back for 2027 following huge demand from fans.

The tour will see Lydon share stories and reflections from his remarkable career, with dates across the UK giving audiences the chance to hear his thoughts on the Sex Pistols, Public Image Ltd (PiL), his art and his life story.

An icon, a revolutionary and an immortal, Lydon changed the face of music as the frontman and lyricist of the Sex Pistols. Under the name Johnny Rotten, he sparked a cultural revolution that transformed music forever.

During his years with Public Image Ltd, he continued to push the boundaries of music and creativity, constantly challenging expectations.

As well as his music career, Lydon has also become a best-selling author with two acclaimed memoirs – Rotten: No Irish, No Blacks, No Dogs and Anger Is An Energy: My Life Uncensored.

His spoken word tour, I Could Be Wrong, I Could Be Right, gives audiences the chance to hear his stories up close and personal in what promises to be a fascinating and entertaining evening.

Speaking about the tour, Lydon said:

“I could be shit. I could be shite. I’m left-handed. John Lydon or John Rotten.”
