Blackburn Audi sales executives Adam Ughratdar and Jonathan Cartwright have recently completed brand-administered Audi New and Used Car Sales Accreditation, with Adam also completing his Audi Sport New Car Accreditation.
Jonathan has been with Swansway Motor Group for over a year now and during this time has committed to expanding his knowledge as well as growing his reputation.
Both Jonathan and Adam completed the Audi New and Used Car Sales accreditation. The accreditation requires sales executives to complete a series of training modules, which are listed on MyLearn, Audi’s virtual training platform.
Following this, as a form of final assessment, both were required to submit a five-to-ten-minute video of themselves guiding a customer around a car, as well as submitting an email thread which demonstrated a high standard of customer care.
Jonathan described completing the accreditation as a “moment of relief that all the hard work had paid off,” but also described his great feelings of pride, “as it’s a recognition from the brand that you’re good at what you’re doing, it’s helped to make me more recognisable.”
Adam went one step further and completed his Audi Sport accreditation. Adam joined Swansway Motor Group two years ago and has worked tirelessly to improve his already sizeable knowledge of cars, seeking to achieve accreditations which provide indisputable evidence of his know-how. Adam’s second accreditation required him to complete four online courses, once again on MyLearn.
Adam told us he was “happy as can be” after completing the accreditations and looks forward to implementing his increased knowledge of vehicles, “I already had a strong knowledge of cars, particularly Audis, but this has really helped to consolidate and build upon that.”
Swansway Motor Group would like to congratulate both Adam and Jonathan on their excellent achievements and wish them the best of luck going forwards.
